You can have a unique portrait of your own home or business in full colour or black and white - something to treasure for a lifetime - a perfect gift for someone special - or something to hang in your home or office. I will undertake private commissions - WORLDWIDE - to produce House Portraits for individuals, Stately Homes, Yachts, Town Houses, Narrow Boats or commercial buildings for businesses, Public or Historic. In view of the flexibility of a worldwide service my individual drawings will be carried out from photographs supplied by you, the client.

The artwork will be completed in either mixed media of crayon, pastel and line like my cards and limited edition prints or black and white.....black line drawing on heavyweight paper 220 gsm on a choice of two sizes.....A3 - 42 X 29.7 cm  or A4 - 21 X 29.7 cm.....Smaller properties may be more suited to this size and larger properties with more detail will suit the A3 format.The work will be either Landscape (horizontal) or Portrait (vertical) depending on the proportions of the building.

The costs are as follows....A3 COLOUR   £500.00   A3 BLACK & WHITE   £250.00

                                       A4 COLOUR   £300.00   A4 BLACK & WHITE   £150.00

Terms.....50% payment in advance with the commission order and the balance payment on completion before dispatch of the artwork. An image of the completed work will be sent by email. All commissions will be completed within one month of receipt of initial order. Orders will be dispatched unmounted and unframed for security. Shipping is FREE WORLDWIDE.

You can give a House Portrait as a gift to someone...I will produce the drawing of their house if they send me photos. Terms are similar as before and you can chose one of my cards which I will send to you in order that you can write personally, details of the gift you are giving. 

Following completion of the artwork - I can offer to produce cards, prints, postcards and placemats and coasters of your own home. The image can also be used on corporate stationery or for internet use on customers websites. Details of individual requirements can be subject to further discussion.
